Be able to isolate consoles in your collection to see values of desired consoles. Such as isolating an NES collection and not getting the value of your N64 collection, genesis, SNES, etc.

You can already do this.  You filter the collection by console and you will see the total value for that portion of your collection.  Here is an example for my admin account:
